1. Operator

These terms govern the Suncoast Suncoast rent-a-car shop operated by SunCoast Autovermietung GmbH, Kurfürstendamm 234, 10719 Berlin, Germany. BAK-Nr. 123506, Amtsgericht Berlin-Charlottenburg. BaFin-ID 10123506.

2. Subject

The shop offers monthly-billed software rentals for the Suncoast Suncoast-Miete. Each rental is a separate contract that renews monthly until cancelled.

3. Contract formation

A contract is formed when we send the activation email confirming an ordered rental. Prices are as displayed at the moment of order, in EUR, and include German VAT where applicable.

4. Term and cancellation

Each rental renews for successive one-month periods. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period and can be initiated from the account page.

5. Payment

Payments are processed monthly via SEPA direct debit or card. A failed payment retries for three business days; if unsuccessful the rental is suspended.

6. Withdrawal

Consumers may withdraw within 14 days of order under German Fernabsatzgesetz. See Withdrawal.

7. Data handling

Extensions read Suncoast app data locally on the customer's device. Data handling is described in Privacy.

8. Availability

The shop is available 24/7 excluding planned maintenance windows announced at least 48 hours in advance.

9. Liability

Liability is limited to typical, foreseeable damages except for cases of gross negligence, wilful misconduct, or damages under the Produkthaftungsgesetz.

10. Governing law

German law. Place of jurisdiction: Oldenburg.
